iOS 15 will be available for Download on September 20

Apple is going to release the iOS 15 on September 20. Along with iOS 15, iPadOS 15, tvOS 15, and watchOS 8 are going to release on the same day.

iOS 15 was unveiled by Apple earlier this year in June during WWDC 2021. WWDC stands for Worldwide Developers Conference, it is an event organized by Apple every year for developers and at this event, Apple unveils some software updates and some other security upgrades to their OS.

All the older iPhones that can run iOS 14 will also be supported by iOS 15. Those iPhones include the following devices.

The iOS 15 Beta was available for download after its announcement during the WWDC. The public version or the final version is going to release on September 20, while the developer beta was available from June 7, 2021.

Major iOS 15 features

iOS 15 New Look

Focus Mode: Focus mode will let you set custom preferences for notifications while you are at work or home.
New look for Safari: Safari now gets a cleaner user interface and the tabs are now arranged differently. You can even sort tabs in groups.
Weather map: The weather app also got a new design and will now show a weather map as well.
Notifications on Lock Screen: The notifications on the lock screen will look cleaner.
Facetime: You will now be able to invite windows and android users to Facetime.

These are not the only changes iOS 15 contains, these are just some major upgrades coming in iOS 15.
